Tana French is perhaps one of my favorite authors. I love that the locale( Dublin,Ireland) she is writing about is always a character and that she often writes in the local dialect. I encourage you to read her other series if you enjoy reading her. Start at the beginning.
Thank you Wendy. I really appreciate your book suggestions. At your recommendation I started reading and listening to the Mrs. Pollifax series and have loved them. Best of all, they are included for free in my Audible App!
I've been meaning to explore Ann Cleves and I love, love, love that you'll be enjoying her book on paper. I lost out on that for awhile due to the pandemic (I have an autoimmune disease and had to lean in on masks longer than most) and skipping in-person library-ing for a couple years, but just looking at a stack gives me such joy and I'm determined to get to a place in my life where having physical books makes sense. Someday...
I love my e-reader for travel (no more packing a huge stack of books in my suitcase!) and instant library books, but nothing compares to the feeling of a paper book in my hands. 🥰
I just finished The Blond Identity by Ally Carter. I didn’t stop laughing out loud for the first half of the book. The banter and bat-shoot crazy situations the two main characters find themselves in are hilarious. The second in the series, The Blond Who Came Into the Cold, comes out in August and I’m all in.

Tana French is one of my favorite authors - I've read everything by her and loved them all. I just finished The Hunter this weekend and loved it!

I'm so glad you've been enjoying them! I don't usually listen to audio books, but I do for Mrs. Pollifax. She's my sewing companion!
I recently read Sipsworth. I couldn't put it down. I read it in one long afternoon into the evening. It reminded me of my own life.
That sounds great! I just added it to my list.
I'm so glad you're enjoying the Paladins!

I just read The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year this weekend and I liked it even better than The Blond Identity! It's loads of fun!
It’s now on my TBR list!
